Gala Evening - 7th March 2015

The 7th annual Laura Brennan Charitable Trust Gala Evening took place on Saturday the 7th March 2015. This year's event once again was sold out with approx 210 people looking forward to another successful evening. The venue was the wonderful Grand Hotel in Malahide and began with a Champagne reception.

Nuala & Pat welcomed everyone and spoke about the work of the Charity over the past 12 months and the difference that the charity is making to the lives of so many children. We were delighted to have 2 parents speak on the night about the effect the support of The Laura Brennan Charitable Trust has had on their children. Carol Ann Oregano, Sophia's Mum, and Gavin Carpenter, Molly & Nora's Dad, both spoke about the impact the Trust has had on the lives of Sophia, Molly & Nora. It was fantastic to hear from Carol Ann & Gavin and they gave all in attendance a true feeling and understanding of the impact their fantastic support throughout the years is making.

The after dinner entertainment was provided by Celtic Rhythm and The Sway. Celtic Rhythm got the evening off to a powerful, entertaining start with their fantastic Irish Dancing routine. The Sway ensured that the dance floor remained full all night long.
