The second annual Laura Brennan Charitable Trust Gala Evening took place on Saturday the 6th February 2010 in the wonderful venue of the Grand Hotel. Once again the event received wonderful support from the local community. The evening, which was hosted by local TD Darragh O'Brien, was sold out and proved to be as big a hit as the previous year's event.
A Riverdance production from the May Crean School of Dancing and fabulous music from Eclipse/Abbavous ensured the dance floor was full all evening, while guests enjoyed a champagne reception, three course meal, an auction and a raffle.
