Gala Evening - 23rd February 2013

The 5th annual Laura Brennan Charitable Trust Gala Evening took place on Saturday the 23rd February 2013. This year's event once again was sold out with over 200 people looking forward to another successful evening. The venue was the wonderful Grand Hotel in Malahide and began with a Champagne reception. Nuala & Pat spoke about the activities of the Trust over the past 12 months and showed a 5 minute video which featured the work that the Trust has undertaken. This was something that we had always wanted to do and became possible as a result of the support from our Charity Partner for 2013, Standard Life Assurance. Dharmendra Bollywood dance troupe provided the after dinner entertainment and this was followed by an Auction hosted by our local auctioneer Denis Drum. The music was provided by The Good Guys who ensured that the dance floor was full all evening. Our sincere thanks to all who attended this fabulous event and who continue to support the efforts of the Trust - we really look forward to seeing you all again next year.
