Malahide Lions Club presented a cheque for €3,000
in favour of the Laura Brennan Charitable Trust to Pat & Nuala Brennan at
the Grand Hotel, Malahide.
The donation to the Trust established in Laura’s
memory is from the proceeds of Malahide Lions Club’s annual golf classic held
in the Island Golf Club, Donabate on the 23rd July last.
According to Lions member and chairman of the Golf
Committee Brian Quinn, “this is the twenty ninth year of our event and we are
delighted to be making a donation to the Laura Brennan Charitable Trust which
provides vital support to local children suffering from serious illness.”
